RECURRING SERVICE TERMS OF SERVICE
PAYMENT TERMS
• Payment is charged monthly on the desired date
• Breaks in service over 4 weeks will result in a deep clean fee for the next visit
• Prices are subject to change for service adjustments
• Payments are non-refundable once service has begun.
Accepted Payment Methods: Credit/Debit card
ARRIVAL & COMPLETION
• Clients will be notified upon arrival and departure
• Before/after photos are taken (available upon request)
• Client walkthrough encouraged after completion
SUPPLIES
We provide all non-toxic, hotel-grade cleaning products and equipment. If you prefer your own supplies, please inform us in advance and leave them accessible.
SERVICE CONSISTENCY
We aim to send the same team each visit. Requests can be made but are not guaranteed.
CHANGES TO SCOPE
All service changes must be pre-approved. Additional charges may apply for heavy buildup, excessive clutter, or unlisted services.
SCOPE EXCLUSIONS
We do not clean hazardous materials, human/animal waste, mold, insect/rodent infestations, or areas beyond safe reach (e.g., high ceilings without proper ladders). Hoarding-level conditions require special assessment.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if the home is unsafe, unsanitary, or if there is any form of harassment or inappropriate conduct.
DAMAGE & LIABILITY
• Pre-clean walkthrough may be conducted; pre-existing damage will be documented
• While we handle your belongings with care, accidents can happen. Please notify us of any fragile or irreplaceable items before cleaning. Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of the service.
• We are not liable for undisclosed or pre-existing damage
• Drovi Clean Team is licensed, bonded, and insured
HEALTH & SAFETY
Client must notify Drovi Clean Team of any pets, allergies, health concerns, or special conditions prior to service. We are not liable for adverse reactions to cleaning products when such information is not disclosed.
ACCESS & ENTRY
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and secure access instructions, including keys, alarm codes, or garage codes if applicable. Drovi Clean Team is not liable for issues arising from faulty locks, alarm malfunctions, or client-provided access errors.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
If the Client identifies any issues within the agreed-upon scope of work within 24 hours of service completion, Drovi Clean Team will return to correct those areas at no additional cost.
CANCELLATION, ACCESS & LOCKOUTS
• 48-hour notice required to cancel a scheduled visit
• $50 fee applies for late cancellations or if cleaners are locked out
• More than two late cancellations within a 3-month period may lead to removal from the recurring schedule and full service charges for subsequent missed visits
PHOTOS & MARKETING
Before/after photos are taken for quality control. These photos may also be used for marketing purposes, provided no personal or identifying information is shown. Clients may opt out in writing prior to service.
NON-CIRCUMVENTION CLAUSE
Client agrees not to directly hire, solicit, or engage in outside work with any Drovi Clean Team LLC cleaner or subcontractor for a period of 12 months following service without written consent. Violating this clause will result in:
• Immediate termination of service
• Forfeiture of any pending credits or services
• Legal action for damages including lost revenue
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Both parties agree to resolve disputes amicably first. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to mediation or arbitration prior to legal proceedings.
